Artistic expression is not only fun, but it also has proven health benefits, such as lower levels of stress & anxiety So put aside your ‘To Do’ list for an hour or two & get creative!
Me too! It’s easy to tell ourselves we have ‘more important’ things to do, but I definitely have a more positive attitude about everything else if I’ve allowed myself some time for creativity.
